Lots of fees that they sprang on me for just a simple diagnostic.

AVOID this shop!! I sued them and won a small claims suit against them for their incompetence!! My car left in worse condition then when in entered and they took no responsibility for the parts they broke while attempting to "fix" my car.

I so appreciated how quickly Honest-1 was able to get my car in to address serious safety issues with my steering. They got me in the same day I called and were able to give me a car to drive so I could get to work the next day while they worked on it. It was ready to go by the time I got off work. Considering how much work my car needed, I was so impressed with the speed. Thank you for getting my car working again and ensuring it is safe to drive!
