I use to take my cars there often. I then had a problem where a mechanic stripped the bolt when he replaced the alternator, which then caused that bolt to shear off when I was on a road trip. They made no attempt to make it up to me, just said sorry. I also use to do oil changes there and came to find out they never put in enough oil. I have taken my business elsewhere.

I always have a good experience at this garage. They are prompt, professional and remember me and bits of my life that go above and beyond even when I haven't been there in over a year! I get the feeling they genuinely care about their customers!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The amount of time, and money that me and my fiance have WASTED at this establishment is insane. They do the least amount of work possible, and they never give you adequate information. They put large scratches in a brand new radio that we were having them install, and we were met with shrugs and blank stares. They also were going to charge us a random $1500 that was in our file, and they would have, if we hadn't told them that our account was at a $0 balance and the charge was a mistake. Only then did they go, "oh yeah, we must have clicked the wrong button in the computer..." They will NEVER go the extra mile for you, and you will be left feeling angry and cheated. I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone.

They are all professionals

While I was happy to get a same day appointment, I will never return to this location. My first concern is that this location is more than $20 more expensive than every other metro Honest-1 location, regardless of coupon. Upon drop off, I gave specific directions that I only needed my oil changed, and didn't require other services, regardless of them being of no cost to me. Upon pickup, I was told they had performed those other services 'by mistake' and told me I could go pay somewhere else to have them corrected. This was then followed up with a condescending diatribe from the front desk staff about what I did or did not need to do as it pertains to the maintenance of my car - thanks to Honest-1 Uptown for keeping alive the stereotype of women being clueless when it comes to cars!
