I feel I was treated fairly and kept well-informed.
I had to have my car towed to Honest-1 because a ball and joint snapped - which left my car going one way and my right front tire going another, leaving my car was undriveable. They got it fixed within 24 hours. I was very pleased at how fast it was done.
This was the first time that I'd ever gotten an oil change that didn't involve an employee trying to bargain me into "special" or "premium" services. I went in for an oil change; I got an oil change. It was as simple as it should be. I'd have given 5 stars, but the waiting experience wasn't as good as at some other places. The TV was frequently interrupted by some very fake looking "newscasts" about air filters and oil changes.
the best part of how U do Ur job is that U are every bit as good as U say U are. Exceptionally timely in Ur delivery, very clean work space, well-mannered staff, honest as U claim & no negative surprisees.

Pleasnt, helpful, efficient service
I had my oil changed and a new headlight installed. A headlight was installed less than a year ago by Honest-1 so they installed another free since it was clearly a bad bulb. Quick service! They even turned the TV off since I was the only one in the waiting room and I can't stand the noise.
