About a month ago I ran over a wood drill bit that was just laying in the middle of Hennepin Ave during rush hour. But I'm not bitter. I took my tire to Honest 1 to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately it was too close to the edge of the tire and they said, "some places would fix it but we won't because we can't guarantee it will hold up over time." That made an impression on me, that they wouldn't do shoddy work just to get a buck. Plus they made light of the situation, making jokes about it being a brand new car and that they've never seen that happen before which put me in a much better mood! It was just so ridiculous to have what looked like an arrow sticking out of my tire.So after getting a new tire a month ago, my tire pressure light was going off again. On the same tire. It was a slow leak so I figured I'd take it back to Honest 1 to see what was in my tire this time...a unicorn? Nope, just a screw. But they patched it up in 15 minutes and didn't charge me, which was awesome.Everyone there is really nice and friendly, they honestly want to help you out. And it's one of the nicest waiting areas of an auto shop I've ever been in, so that's a plus!

This is one of the first time I can remember that I left a repair shop and didn't feel cheated.

Very happy with the service and the patience of Mark and the staff.

Was able to fix exactly the issue I had with my car. Gave free estimates on additional work that may be needed in the upcoming future, without being pushy on trying to sell me additional service.Due to a incorrect part received from their vendor they had to delay the work by one day, however was willing to give me a small discount for the wait. I didn't even ask for the discount for this, they just gave it to me. Will go to these guys again should I decide to have service on my car in the future.

This place is second choice for my auto care only next to my amazing father, the best mechanic I know. I have been here twice and had exquisite service both times. For instance, I was told my car would be done at 11am, I showed up, it wasn't done, a mere mistake in communication, but the employee was so saddened that he had relayed the wrong information that he gave me a free oil change for another time and a reduced price on my oil change that day. Had I lived far away maybe I would have been a little upset, but he definitely made up for it. This visit was on very crappy vehicle and they kindly told me that it was in really good shape for the age and type of car. They had very little suggestions and said that I wouldn't need to do anything. For my next oil change, an even older car, but told me it was in amazing shape! The waiting area is super clean, with coffee, tea, water, snacks, a TV, and many different types of magazines to browse.I find other auto care places to be extremely pushy, this place is an exception. The manager and mechanics are stellar here, super cheery and ready to please, making car talk very simple that even someone who knows nothing will come out with a complete understanding of their vehicle.They will email you when it is time for another oil change or any other service that is needed. Often in these emails there are coupons and tips to keeping your car in top-notch shape during the different seasons. Smiles all around.

Service was great, but the quote I got to replace a tire (tire cost and labor cost) was significantly higher than what it cost for the same tire/labor at the dealership!

The repair was quick and affordable, but I had to convince the garage to continue to search for the cause of the check engine light, they had wanted to return the vehicle to me, they apparently found the issue 15 minutes later.

Service was quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced!
