I received a quote for brake pad & rotor replacement that was lower than 2 local competitors. Service is usually prompt. Only complaint is poor wi-fi speed in the waiting area.

Stellar service!!! I've only been by a couple times, but both left a HUGE impression on me!1st visit: I stopped by to request for them to add a little air to one of my tires (I usually fill it up at the SuperAmerica across the street, but theirs wasn't in service that day). They were SO polite and prompt about it! Even though I wasn't spending any money with them! 2nd visit: About a week later, the tire was low again. I happened to be near the place that originally put the tires on, so I went there to see if they could find what's wrong. They checked for leaks & said the air was leaking from my tire's valve stem & it would cost $250 to replace it (because they have pressure sensors it makes them more expensive). Even though it was a "tire place" I was skeptical. So I went back to see Brandon at Honest-1 to get a second opinion. He took a look & it turns out the stem was fine, it was just the needle inside the stem had become loose! I offered to pay him & once again they said it wasn't a problem! They saved me hundreds of dollars!!Even though these are just small situations, they stood out for me. Next time I need service I'll definately be back!
