I paid this place $161 for them to do nothing but waste my time. I went to this place 3 times and left my car there for 2 full days. All they did was keep performing the same service over and over again and it clearly wasn't working. Mike told me the next step was to put in an AC compressor so I was willing to do that. I know they have been busy so I called in Wednesday and they said they would put me on the schedule for Friday and they could get me in then. After waiting 2 days I went into my Friday appointment just for them to tell me they couldn't get me in. Honest 1 is far from an honest auto shop and after dealing with their unorganized operation for 2 weeks I leave with a broken car and a 161 dollar bill. Mike did try to make it right by saying he could refill my Freon coolant if the other shop wanted to charge me extra but at this point, I've wasted too much time with this company and couldn't imagine going back in there.
Lack of management system and strongly need to improved. Required to identified root cause of any problem before planning. Issue detection should be done first before scheduling.
Fast service and professional
I needed to find a reputable place to have my car towed to. I spoke to Mark in Minneapolis he was very helpful on the phone, made room for me, told me what was wrong with the car and quoted me an estimate. The next day he called to say that it ended up being a wire not the part and saved me money.
Completed the work early. Really nice folks to work with. I’ll be back for sure.

Very cordial staff. I have been taking my car here for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Understanding of financial situations (I am a graduate student in a tight budget) and never pushy, I have had several positive experiences where they have recommended I NOT spend money on something. I value their honesty!
