Since finding Honest One Uptown, I can say with confidence, they are a CLASS ACT. Their customer service is unparalleled and their honesty to all customers of ages and genders is truly why I keep coming back. To a fault, they are honest with their assessment and opinion of what is critical and non. As someone who works on heavy equipment and small engines, I can attest that these folks know what running a good business is all about in auto-care.

This was my first visit & immediately the place gives off a great vibe. Excellent customer service & while I waited for my car to get its oil changed, it was refreshing to hear the camaraderie among the staff. They seem to enjoy their work & that translates with how they interact with both their customers and each other. Prices are right. I’ll be back.

Always had good luck here with oil changes and minor repairs. Gave my Jeep a clean bill of health even when I asked them to find stuff wrong with it as part of a pre-sale inspection.

I was happy with my experience Honest-1 Auto Care they took me in even when they were busy and did a professional job on installing parts that U-Haul did not do a good job on especially the electrical for my new tow hitch they were very nice and pleasant to talk to and do business with.😎

Open later than most shops which is great for someone who works until 5. Friendly and informative and the cost came out to exactly what the estimate was that they gave me.
