They were able to get my car in very quickly. Diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes, my car was out in just a few hours and the cost of parts and labor were very fair! Great customer service!

Stay aware from here they don't even know how to do an oil change I had to go back after they did one the oil level after it was changed by them didn't even show up on the dipstick, I was offered a free oil change next time I came in but they could never get me in they are always busy.I asked for a refund and they said no.Matt the owner is very rude and does not respond anymore the people that work there are incompetent and lazy.Stay away from here unless you want you car ruined.

Fast and efficient service

We were in town for a concert and ran over a curb. We were worried that we hurt something under the car. We wanted to have our car checked before we made the 45 minute drive home. These guys were so genuine and welcoming to us. They checked everything out and sent us in our way without issue. While we waited, I saw many pleased customers go in and out. Very professional demeanor at the front desk and the service area. Thanks again for taking care of us!!

Came in to get a flat tire replaced, they were helpful and pleasant, and correctly recommended replacing one other tire at 3/32, but not to worry about the other two at 6/32. Price was reasonable and competitive, tires were a good brand and a good choice for the Minnesota climate. It took quite awhile, but I think they were short a person, and I didn't expect it to take 10 minutes.

I've been going here for quite some time and was really disappointed by my latest experience. Brought my car in for a new radiator and they broke my driver side door handle while completing the repair. To add insult to injury, they expected me to pay 100% of the charges AND originally told me the only replacement color they could offer was black... my car is gray. Mark, the owner, was EXTREMELY dismissive and condescending when I explained this was not the service or standards I expected. I was honestly shocked by his lack of concern for customer service and unprofessionalism, especially in light of me being a regular customer. If you're looking for someone to take responsibility of their mistakes while your vehicle is in their care, this is NOT the place for you. Will not be going here again.

Had a great experience here. We were in Minneapolis for a night and ran over a curb...car sounded like it was injured in the process. Stopped in and the staff went over and above, in my book to make sure the car was road worthy. What relief. Regardless of. The outcome, they gave us the information we needed and got us on our way. We were so grateful we were able to interact with a knowledgeable and personable team. Lots of happy customers were coming and going while we waited. Thanks again for ensuring our safety.

Great experience each time I have worked with Honest Auto Care in Uptown! The staff is all incredibly helpful and friendly. You don't feel intimidated by what you don't know, I felt very confident that they were being honest with what needed to be done and that they would do it correctly!
