Great Service! I had multiple different services that needed to be done to my car, quite a few parts that needed to be ordered. They let me pay for everything all at once at the end, which I was very grateful for. The team was very helpful in explaining each thing that needed to be done, I appreciate that they provide you with the priority of the services you need. I did not feel pressured into getting everything done on my car all at once.

When I called, they knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle before even seeing it! They got it fixed within 24 hours, and they had to order a part. I will definitely be back to this neighborhood auto shop!!

I can confidently say my entire experience with the staff was an exceptional one. I called the night before to try to get an appointment the following day and they happily scheduled me. The next morning when I came in I was greeted warmly and I was quickly and efficiently told what to expect throughout the day as they serviced my car. About an hour after I left I got an email and a text that told me what they found after inspecting my car and after calling them, they walked me through step by step what they had sent me via email. Maybe other mechanics do this (the text and email updates) and I'm just not up to speed with the times but I was so thankful to have a very kind and also completely transparent interaction with the staff. I was able to use a coupon I received in the mail (which these dont expire which is also a plus) and I saved a lot of money. In one day they got a lot of work done on my car and I was able to swing by and pick it up before the end of the day. I'm so appreciative and will definitely be coming back.

Had a breakdown 4th of July weekend, they got me in and fixed the same day. Excellent service and good pricing, highly recommend!

Since moving here in 2013 I have been grateful to be a customer at Honest-1. They take good care of my car, and go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

They always give their honest opinion with what is best for me, whether it's financially, best for the car, etc.; they take all aspects into consideration. I've had them say to me "if you were my daughter, I'd want you to do xyz" and they really care about me and my car. Really good service! Really good communication!

I have had wonderful experiences at Honest-1. The service team is incredibly thorough and detailed and caught some serious issues that had been missed at other shops. I worked closest with Andrew both in getting my brakes done last winter and getting a huge suspension/drive shaft/belts/engine oil leak job done most recently. He took a significant amount of time out of his busy day to speak with me on the phone about what needed to get done, what my options were, and explaining not only why it was urgent to get these things done, but how all the parts work together. He did so in an honest and compassionate way and was straight forward with me. I'm from a small town and have struggled finding that "small town feel" living here in Minneapolis. This shop offers that feel of no bull, hard and honest work. Very highly recommend.

I have been here to get first my brakes a d then my tires. They are quick to get you in and quick to get the job done. Sent me a quote of brakes before doing any work. Great place to go for all your auto repairs.
