I want to highly recommend Honest 1 Uptown. A few years ago, I dropped in with a window that went down and wouldn’t roll back up because they were literally across the street from my apartment. They fixed it the same day and were super friendly, helpful, and timely. Apparently this is a challenge with the Liberty so when it happened again last week, I went back. They got me in first thing that morning and installed the new motor same day. The best part? Last week was covered by the 3 year warranty and cost me zero dollars.

As always, my experience at Honest-1 in Uptown was very satisfactory, in all respects. Additionally, when the logistics of getting required parts in the time frame they had been promised were thrown off by circumstances beyond their control, the set me up with a very satisfactory loaner so I wouldn't be without transportation over the weekend.

Best customer service I have had with any mechanic. Prices are very reasonable and they get me in and out even when they are busy.

I'm always nervous when I have to take my car in because I am clueless about fixing cars and cars in general! But, Marc was very nice and took his time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I especially love the text notifications and how they text you a link of your report that's really easy to follow. I also liked how the report listed things that needed to be fixed from most important to least important. Marc was very honest and made suggestions and was very nice over the phone. I will definitely go back!

brought my vehicle in over concern for a clanking noise under to frame. quoted me $900 for a bell crank replacement. brought it somewhere else for a second opinion only to find a SCREW was loose on the tire harness. completely DIS-HONEST and careless.

Thought I might have a dead alternator. Turned out to only be a bad battery. They also alerted me to the condition of my serpentine belt (significant wear) but didn't pressure me into making a call on it right then. Honest and helpful crew.

Came in for a laundry list of maintenance items. Spent more then I’d care to admit but I guess that’s what I get for putting on so many miles every year! Overall great service, dropped it off early in the morning and it was done by 3:30 as promised.
