Great service and very friendly staff.

They diagnose issues well and quickly, their work is high quality, and their rates are very reasonable. They also do a great job of letting you know which repairs/work is must-do, could-do, and don’t-need-to-do-yet. And they’re generally nice to work with.

Honest One was able to get specific parts quickly and completed the work before we expected and at a very fair price. We are very pleased.

I was impressed with this auto shop. The mechanic let me see and listen to the problem with my car before he did the repairs. The guys in the office were very friendly and responsive to my questions. No one likes to get a pricey car repair, so I appreciated them giving me a discount when I asked if there was any room for negotiating. A huge bonus was their adorable 7-week old puppy sleeping under the front desk! I would return here in the future for my car needs.

10/10 service and customer service. Especially as a woman, it feels like no places really respect you fully or treat you the same- but honest 1 truly has been the best experience I have had !! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I've been taking my older Hyundai Sonata here for several years and have always been pleased with the customer service and results. I've had Honest 1 in uptown complete three major replacements on my vehicle after having compared quotes from a handful of different shops because these guys have the best prices and don't try to push unnecessary repairs/replacements. The staff are wonderful and very open to talking shop with me. Each time I bring my car in for work I come away with a better understanding of how my car works and how to take care of it. Love this place!
