Came in for an oil change. Was treated decently. However, I also wanted an issue with the remote start looked at. After the oil change, I chatted with the mechanic for a bit, and while he had tested the battery, he had no idea I was concerned about the remote start. He said if he'd known, he would have run a diagnostic for free. I'm disappointed about the lack of communication, as I could possibly have this long-standing issue sorted. Now I'll have to pursue a solution elsewhere.
