I've been here a couple times, for an oil change and a tire issue. However, recently I had to bring my wife's car in for some pretty significant repairs. My background is not at all mechanical, so I just kinda had to trust that the work was needed and the prices were fair. I was given a very comprehensive list of needed repairs, and it was made available digitally. It was extremely easy to cross reference the repairs and get an opinion from the Reddit think tank. The prices were reasonable and it actually came out significantly cheaper than I had expected. This is the only place I'll bring my vehicles in for repairs, I recommend you do the same.

If you’re a female customer, especially a younger one, I would not go the shop. I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and they gave me a long list of things that they said needed to be repaired. I’ve been going here for a year and was very surprised by this. When I asked about the urgency of the brake pads and rotors, they told me it was a matter of weeks, but I got two different opinions and were told that all of my brake pads and rotors were fine for the foreseeable future . When I called and talked to Marc about this, he would not let me finish the sentence and was very rude. When I asked him to stop interrupting me, so I could just finish my sentence, he hung up on me.

Mark is awesome, most honest mechanic i’ve ever worked with and gives me a full scope image every time i’m in. He works on my 20 year old honda and has helped her keep running!!! also great cost of labor and cost of parts overall my favorite shop — especially as a woman, feel like i’m not taken advantage of by any means.
