Excellent customer service! We had an issue with our vehicle while on a vacation. It was the week of the 4th and Wednesday afternoon. We called Honest-1 because they were open. Marc was super helpful. Got us in 1st thing Friday morning and had a loaner for us so we wouldn't be stuck without a vehicle until it was fixed. They did a great job! Thank you again Marc, we truly appreciate your help getting us fixed up fast for the rest of our vacation!!

A few months ago I brought my 2008 Pontiac vibe in for a look over because I didn't trust the mechanics who were diagnosing my car. Honest one gave me a quote of a thousand plus dollars for one wheel bearing (I needed both) and said my brakes needed to be done too. After the inspection I opted to take the car to another place and they said they'd do both wheel bearings for a thousandish bucks. While they were fixing the wheel bearings and looking at the brakes they said they were at 40 percent and didn't need to be replaced. HONEST ONE IS A JOKE. If you absolutely need to get your car fixed I hit up another shop. THESE GUYS ARE NOT HONEST AND OVERPRICED. The garage I took my car to and will continue to take my car to is Nowthen garage. Check them out. They may be an hour away from the cities but THEY ARE HONEST and reasonably priced.

One thing I like about this place is that they keep me well informed about my vehicle.

Got a new alternator installed within a day and a half from the time my car broke down. The price was great and I am super happy with the work that was done. Great job, I would definitely recommend.
