They are always quick and super helpful. I never feel that they are trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge rather they are candid about prices, and repairs.

The detail to service attention was personally appreciated, Andrew Reichenbach is a superb advisor. Great friendly service and honest too.

I was very impressed with the guy who runs this place - even tried to tip which he refused, explaining that people shouldn't need to tip to get great service. Wow.

Had a flat tire so stopped by, needed all 4 tires replaced anyway. They helped find the right tires and replaced them all in a few hours! Awesome customer service and I'll definitely be back for my care care after this!

Very friendly staff, got my car finished quickly and it didn't break the bank. They didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need either which is something I've gotten used to at other shops. Would recommend to anyone.

This place was amazing! They have a tow truck service they partner with. After he set up my car tow, I called an Uber to get home. He waited with me so I didn’t have to stand in the cold. Andrew at Honest One is great! He was very up front with what I needed and he didn’t nickel and dime me. Very clear communication and I had my car fixed after HOURS. It was my first time with this shop but it certainly won’t be my last!
